Code of Conduct
The Blue Think Conference is intended to boost interactions and exchange of ideas between trainees and early-career researchers affiliated with CIIMAR-UP in a casual and relaxed environment, while sharing the outputs of our work with the scientific community. We are committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for every participant. Registration in this conference is, therefore, considered an agreement to participate in a respectful way in any interactions related with the meeting, including coffee breaks and any other meeting-related interactions.
To provide a safe environment, any harassment or discriminatory behaviour by any participant will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behaviours include unwanted verbal attention, intimidation, stalking, shaming, bullying, inappropriate comments presented in a joking manner, retaliation for reporting improper conducts, discrimination on the basis of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity or other axis of diversity.
